If your login is not working and password reset is not recognising your account, it usually means your account is still on our previous system and has not yet been transferred to the new one.

In 2025, Law Friends moved to a new platform. Due to GDPR and data protection rules, we were not able to copy user login details directly from the old system into the new one. Because of this, each user has to be transferred across individually, and we cannot force this process without your confirmation.

If you have not yet transferred, please contact us and we will send you your personal transfer link. This will move your account onto the new system and redeem any remaining subscription time in full, so you do not lose the access you have already paid for.

Rarely, our emails may get filed in your junk (spam) folder. If you or your colleges have not received an email when you were expecting one, this will be your best bet.

At the top left of the website you will see a purple ‘login’ button. Click this and you can login. You can also use this link: https://lawfriends.net/login

Once you have logged in to your account, you will an option to view "My Library".

You can click on this to access all videos you are subscribed to. You can also click this link: https://www.lawfriends.net/library

If you have misplaced or require an invoice for your purchase, log into your account and visit the ‘Purchase History’ page here:

If your name appears incorrectly on your certificates, it means it wasn’t entered correctly during sign-up.

You can easily update it by visiting your Account Settings page and editing your name details here:

Once updated, your future certificates will automatically display the correct name.

You can unmark and remark your courses as complete to resend a certificate.
