In this presentation, Sapna explains the mechanics of removal and the law where there is a Child Arrangement Order (CAO) in force, when there is not a CAO in force. She provides useful tip, showing which application forms are to be used in these different circumstances, an points to note in such applications. Afterwards, she discusses the mechanics of relocation of children within UK jurisdictions. She outlines developments in relevant case law throughout.
