EXTRADITION
Rebecca Hill is a leader in the field of extradition and international crime, with expertise in
cross-border financial crime, requests with a political dimension, and transnational
criminality. Rebecca maintains strong links with an international network of lawyers and is
regularly instructed to appear against King’s Counsel.
Rebecca identifies two tracks of defence strategy in relation to defending extradition in white-
collar cases. She explains that white-collar cases are highly technical, and highlights what
