Sapna is a family law barrister of 15 years’ experience specialising in aspects of private children law and financial relief. Sapna combines her in-depth knowledge of law with a drive to get to the root of problems. In this presentation, Sapna presents the details of the process of applying for child arrangement orders. She explains what child arrangement orders are, who can apply and how to go about applying. This includes information about the different forms that are to be used in different circumstances. She also outlines how applications are handled and responded to.
