Before recently becoming Senior Associate at Carson Kaye, Ghislaine was a valued
member of the Youth Team at Hodge, Jones and Allen. She has a particular interest in acting
for vulnerable clients. She spends time getting to know her clients and has a proactive
approach.
In this talk, Ghislaine discusses The Education Act. She highlights key offences governing
school attendance and child cleanliness, outlining workable defences available to parents as
well as alternatives to prosecution. It is shown that a wide range of options are available.
She ends by discussing funding options available to clients.
